Hi everyone. Let's get this party started. I adjusted my weight when I got home as I figured my weight would be off as my scale was on uneven ground in the tent.

Hello all, I'm excited to get started again! I haven't been too dilligent in the time off and am hoping to see a more constant improvement this time around. My starting weight is 172.4 this time and I am aiming for 155 in 8 weeks. My challenge to myself this week is to walk an hour each day, and then to keep that up at least 4-5 days a week for the remainder of the challenge.
August 9: 166.8
August 14: 164.8 (will be out of town this weekend, weighing in now)

I'm down .6 of a pound.
you know what, I am so sorry to do this, but I just can't committ to running this challenge afterall. I am a teacher and starting school again and on top of that my kid is sick. I won't be checking in anymore, although I will still be eating healthy. I am sooo sorry to bail and feel terrible about it. Maybe Buggy Hair can run it, she has been extremely diligent and dedicated.

OKAY bohdan & vada24, it seems that the "teacher" is on a sabatical. I am a looser not a quitter, so I am going to complete the "assignment" and "hand it in" via email. I think that though our group is very small we can keep each other motivated and all "hand in our completed assignments." Please either post, message or email me. You can also find me in the ***11***21***31 challenge so maybe you would like to join in there as well. Looking forward to hearing from you.
ok, joined your other one buggy... deleting this one from my tag lists.
anyone that isn't moving over to the other thread, best of luck to you!
Is jump roping as good an exercise as running?
