Week 1 - down 8.2 lbs!

Hey, everybody!

Even though I weigh myself everyday, my official results are on Saturdays, so today is exactly 1 week with cc - and I'm down 8.2 lbs!  I know that is a lot for a girl and is probably a lot of water weight and of course that pace is not sustainable, but I'm still pretty happy!

I'm very proud of myself because my eating has been excellent and I have worked out 7 of the last 8 days.  Last night I swam a 1/4 mile straight, without stopping, in a 1/2 hr.  That is fantastic for me!  A few nights ago there was a skinny mini girl in the pool that couldn't swim all the way one way (25 m) without stopping and I swam 400 m!  But mostly I'm proud because of my attitude about losing weight is very positive.  I'm very excited about losing weight and I'm really loving what I'm doing which is a complete mind overhaul for me.

Thank you, cc, for being here!  This site is literally saving my life!

Congrats Becky! I'm new here too and will be weighing my first week on Monday. Isn't the best motivation seeing those results? I think nothing motivates me more than to see that what I have done in the past week actually paid off. It's the greatest.
