Yes!!  Another successful week.  I like counting calories and keeping it all within the weekly limit.  Unplanned diet feels gross by comparison.  Exercise is super, feels great, it changes everything, it's a real energy giver both mentally and physically.  When I write these posts I get recharged about my plan too.

Glad to read your posts, to know how it's going.

I keep myself about a pound under since it's so easy to go over the target.  I just reviewed my past calorie intake spreadsheets for the past few months, I'd forgotten how things were before I hit my target.  Things are amazingly better, I'd never realized how important diet & exercise are until I did this.  

We all do things that involve self-discipline and dedication, each thing has a certain feel. Diet/exercise has a special reward system, it fuels everything else.
