Week 1 is great. So far, so good. I lost 1.6 pounds this week. Laughing I didn't eat as clean and didn't exercise too much. I'm slowly getting back into it. But 1.6 is great! Once I eat clean this week, I will lose so much more this week.

I normally do sunday weigh-ins because I allow one "cheat" meal where I'll have a cookie or something to reward myself. I didn't do it this week because I'm starting to eat clean so next sunday, I will. Hopefully, I'm as successful!

Might I ask....What is your average meal plan/work out plan for a day?
