well i havent checked in in a while but things are great....the best thing i did was stop writting down everything i eat....i still stay concious but i dont obsess....down about 4" to my waist and getting stronger every day....hope everyone else is also having good results!!!

Aiming for 115 this year and then I'm going to maintain.
