3 Week Halloween Challenge
I want 6 POUNDS GONE by Halloween....
ANYBODY WITH ME???
I weigh in tomorrow ....scratch that ....
Today Friday Oct. 9th-177lbs.
Next Friday Oct. 16th-
Friday after that Oct. 23rd-
And the last friday Oct. 30th-
Need some advice to jump start the fat burning WITHOUT serious cardio.
Maybe some sort of strength training?!?!?
6 by Halloween sounds GREAT! Count me in. I really need some extra motivation to get me going again, I've hit a flat line lately.

I don't have much advice to give but what I have seen results with, and I don't do much cardio, though I think I need to move in that direction for health's sake.
I walk about 3 miles/day with lots of hills, and the added weight of a toddler in a stroller. The other three things that have been key for me are 1- drink enough water, 2- eat enough, never below 1200 and closer to 14-1500, get enought sleep, atleast 7 hours per night. I've dropped over 30 since April, but like I said, I need a jump-start, I've been kind of slacking lately, especially on food choices, way to many carbs for me.
