Hungry hungry hormones.

I always do too! So I schedule some in my menu for that week! Otherwise... horror flicks got nothin on me!

yaaa... i just cant seem to get enough.

i think ive come to terms that i am not in control the week before TTOTM and I just should eat what the internal goddess wants...

next week i start kickboxing tues and thurs and dodgeball wednesdays so ill burn off all that chocolate from this week lol

UGH

I pigged out again last night too!!!! PMS week= no control over emotions or eating habits....

brutal.

be sure to drink extra water too.. will fend off the bloating some and curb the cravings (slightly) and help with cramps later.

They say you burn an extra 50-100 calories during PMS/TTOTM. :)

((hugs))

ya ive been trying the water thing. not helping much. id ont really get cramps which is wonderful (sometimes but not usually for long)

50-100cals a day? lol.. i bet im snacking on a bunch more than that!!

its seriously like i have no control over what im eating. its all sweets too! after dinner, i want a little snack and then i just keep eating after that!

oh well, ive been walking and biking every other day and baseball, kickboxing etc

its not during TTOTM its the week before only...weird

Yeah, its not quite enough, right?! try to have a protien with each snack (chocolate covered almonds etc) - that might make it at least more filling!

PMS is the WORST! I've heard exercise helps too but never really helped me too much (plus its bad on my equipment, cause I get all angry and stuff)

Ah, the crampmonster doens't get ya.. lucky you! It'll be over soooooon!
