I did column 3 of what is now "the old" version of the program.
D1 (Sept 02): 12 + 12 + 9 + 7 + 19 (min 10) = 59
D2 (Sept 05): 16 + 13 + 11 + 11 + 24 (min 15) = 75
D3 (Sept 07): 15 + 15 + 12 + 12 + 29 (min 15) = 83
Exhaustion test (Sept 08): 35. I sucked.
Here we go week 2:

Did Wk2 Day 1 over again today. Nailed it!!

Day 2: (11/24/2008) 14-16-12-12-18 Woot!
Day 3: (11/26/2008) 16--17-14-14-20 Made it! Test on Friday.
Test: (11/28/2008) 29 So I have added 8 pushups to my max. (21)
I just finished Week 2, Column 3 and this is how I did...
Day 1: 14-14-10-10-30
Day 2: 14-16-12-12-41
Day 3: 16-17-14-14-50
During the initial test I did maybe 24 or 25... Now I just did 50! Tomorrow I'll do the exhaustion test and see how far I can go! I've also be alternating with the 200 sit-ups as well so it should be interesting.
I missed week 1 day 3 and week 2 day 1 and decided to just pick up where I should be.
Week 2 Day 2: 14-16-12-12-17 (Barely) Hope I'm stronger on Friday!
