hey I am in!!! I am part of another challenge but whats wrong with two. Twice the motivation. So is there a goal for at the end of the 4 weeks, or is it take what you can get? I would love to lose like 6 to 8 pounds by the end of this. Oh and does it start tomorrow?

all you will have to do indiwarrior and lesson08 is come back and post your new weight. If you tag it it will make it a lot easier to get here. Just hit tag and go to tagged items and under forums it will show "4 week weight lose challenge" really easy once you get used to it. GOo lusk everyone!!!! Will post again hopefully tomorrow.

This is my first weight loss challenge ( so fingers crossed it does some good!)
Have just come back from my holiday, and wish I'd had a bit of a better go at losing more before I went.
Friday 25th - 182lb
Friday 2nd - ...... 180lb :-)
Friday 9th......180lb :-o boo. Fell off the waggon with a few glasses of wine ;-)
Friday 16th...182 :-( hurt my knee so no excercise for a week
Friday 23rd ...182 :-( couldnt excercise due to really bad knee, and struggled to eat well every day. What a disappointment. Oh well maybe next time.

well I will not be able to put my stats in until tomorrow because I will be no were near a scale until tonight maybe.
My exercise goal for the up coming week will be... 5x a week (monday through friday) will do 800 min. And for Saturday through Sunday 80 min.
