4 week weight loss challenge!?!?
alright, here we go again... another weight loss challenge!!! any takers?
we'll weigh in and give stats every friday!

5'2'' 218lbs last week, I usually weigh in Saturdays.
April 25th - (goal 217)
May 2 - (goal 215.5)
May 9 - (goal 214)
May 16 - (goal 212.5)
May23 - (goal 211)
I'm aiming for 1.5lbs a week (I usually get 1, but I'm willing to push myself for a challenge) so this will hopefully be a -6lb month.
I'll be continuing my 90 min. mild cardio and starting to include a big of incline walking and weights.

5'1" 32 years old, been eating healthier a couple months now, going to start focusing on losing. I'm going to try to get in 30 min of cardio and some dumbbell work at least every other day. (which I haven't been consistent at!)

This is also my first weight loss challenge. I'm 25 and had a baby 8 months ago, I've lost almost all of the pregnancy weight since joining CC but I still have 5 more pounds to reach my goal. It seems like I've hit a plateu since I've been the same weight for about 4 months, so maybe this will give me the push I need.

Well I am starting a new diet plan. Zig Zagging. And I start tomorrow, just in time for this challenge. SO hopefully is works. Because what I was doing was at a stand still/gain. For some odd reason. So here it goes. Looks like everyone has great exercise goals!!!! Hope everyone of you are able to meet them!!!! My first weigh-in will have to be next Sunday for Fridays are not possible.

Hopefully we all stayed on track for the weekend and didn't get tempted too much. Well, I know I haven't lost any weight in a while, but I checked my inches on Saturday and I've lost about 1 inch since February. It would have been more, but my legs have gotten bigger now that they have some more muscle. I usually get discouraged when I don't see movement on the scale, but adding the inches into the equation makes me feel a lot better.
I made my husband go lift weights with me last night and get on the recumbent. I did 30 minutes of intervals and then another 10 minutes on flat, cool-down "terrain." I have to go to a wedding in another state this weekend, so it will be difficult for me to stay on track. I'm committed though! I'll need to weigh in Thursday instead of Friday because I'm flying out that morning.

I hope it's not too late to join. I know I'm a week late, but I started CC on April 23 so I've been at it a week already. My stats:
28 yrs old - mom of 2
5'6 - current weight 139 lbs.
CC starting weight was 140. Highest weight was 147 - last year.
Goal - 128 (by the first of August).
SW: 162 CW: 161.5 GW: 157
So, I'm down 1/2 lb. I had hoped for more, but... What can you do?
