We have done no chocolate...no caffenine...walk 80,000 steps that week, 600 sit ups that week...walk 30 minutes everyday. Any other ideas?

My sister and I are currently weight loss buddies.  We try to come up with a unique challenge every week to keep us on track with our weight loss yet providing something new and fresh.  I will post our challenges but I we are always looking for new creative ideas.  We would be open to having more people join us in our weekly challenges and help decide what they are going to be.
