Hey who would like to join a weigh in group? A place to vent what happened that week and motivate others in the group etc.

And its just for the teenaged CC.

I'm intresested in this. I've actually recently been looking for a group like this. Would the group be weighing in on the same day?

i guess here are my numbers..

starting: 115
now: 112
goal: 100-105

and im glad we can talk about venting, etc. thanks for making the group ;)

and as for discussion..

anything i can do to prevent binge eating? ahh i think thats the prob with keeping the weight off for me..

I think Sunday is great as a weigh in day.

As far as you binge eating goes I have the exact same problem. Mine is really strange because it happens only on Sundays or Mondays. I'm thinking that maybe we should have some kind of support system where if we feel like you're about to binge or if you have just started then go on here and talk to one of us or post a reply. And don't start binging until you have a reply. I come on at least once a day so I can defiantly reply. I think it could work. It's just a suggestion.

oh my gosh jazzey!!! you have like the same statistics as me....only right now your starting weight is almost my current weight and im 5'3 1/2....i started at 162 and now im down to 159.  any advice on how you did it and what is your exercise routine???

I didn't really lose the first 20 healthily, crash dieting...and I walked for maybe 40 minutes for school classes, and a mile weekly in PE. For summer, I'm just walking my dogs, and I'm trying to eat healthier!

Anyone else have the issue of, when you lose weight and see tempting food you go "oh i lost weight, i can have this because im a bit slimmer"?
