A Weekly Weigh-In
Alright shorties, let's keep ourselves accountable. Every monday morning let's do weigh-ins! I think we should keep them to a format so we can track our progress easily. Something like this

Ok guys our first weigh in is tomorrow. Drink lots of water today and do your best to keep it low sodium - we should actually probably consider tomorrow's weight like...our starting weights.
Well...yesterday I totally pigged out and I didn't count my calories...so today is not the best day for me to tell you guys my weight--but whatever. First let me explain about my day yesterday. I was good for breakfast--low cal blueberry scone. Then after church I had a sandwich on a roll and some bean salad (nothing bad for you--but I have no clue how many calories are in any of it) then I had some strawberry shortcake--which doesn't have many calories. Later in the day I had a handful of goldfish and some grapes. Then we had wine and an appetizer of feta and pita bread. THEN we had dinner--salad, pasta with goat cheese and veggies, and focaccia bread. WOW. everything was delicious, but I ate entirely too much. I must say that it was probably good for me to do though. I have been eating 1200 calories (and sometimes a little under) for about two weeks, and I think it's good to have a cheat day occasionally to help out your metabolism.
So here are my stats...

Current weight: 117.2
Goal weight: 100-95

I don't know what's going on. I'm always within my caloric intake by about 50 calories and my expenditure has been at the very least what the meter tells me to lose (most times I push it way past its limit).
I'm hoping that the weight is muscle gain as my clothes are fitting differently and I can see a difference in the way that my body is looking; for example, not as many "dimples" in my upper back thighs as what I did have, in addition to seeing more definition in my abdomen.
So although the numbers look quite depressing, I have to take the other things into consideration. I would rather weigh a bit more if I'm toned than weigh less and be flabby. :)
Ok so I don't have access to a scale yet in college but I do have a tape measure in my room - so I've decided to keep track of that instead

obviously my problem areas are my lower body, I'm such a raging pear it's ridiculous. Anyway, I'll measure next monday morning to keep track of my measurements because they're probably more important anyway.
Goals are
31-24-28-34-19 for the same places in the same order.
I'm going to use my weight when I started doing cc as my starting weight, though I actually started cutting my portions before I found cc. Earlier this year I was up to 130ish.

I'm happy with the way things are going so far. I can fit in size 6 jeans, when I had been needing size 8. On the other hand, my 34B bras were only half full of breast, so I bought some 32As that fit quite nicely. If I could keep the breast fat and lose the thigh fat, it would be a wonderful world indeed!
When I was 130 (a couple years ago) I was a 34C. Then I got down to 105 and I barely filled out a 32A! I knew it was time to start losing weight again because I'm overflowing out of my bras.
I may be the only person in the world that thinks this...but I like it better when I have small breasts. I think I look better...which is good I guess, because I can definitely tell I'm losing weight there!
I completely agree with you. I much prefer my cutesie 32A chest compared to my current overflowing 32 DD.
That size also shows how much of a pear shape I am also. :(

I hear ya. Mine may be scary too because my almost sister in law (I'm engaged but not married yet) is coming to visit and she wants to go eat at he greatest Mexican restaurant ever.. my favorite. I am actually pretty excited about it BUT I'm going to have chips and salsa and white cheese and chile pablanos. I refuse to stuff myself silly though. I am also going to walk 4 miles instead of my usual 2, and maybe jog 2 of the miles to hopefully counteract some of the cheesy goodness.
Ya know, for the alcohol you can drink vodka and use something diet for the mixer.. I always liked diet lemonade or diet Kool-aid. It still has calories but not as many as beer.
Yeah I always avoid beer and drink mostly liqueur. It's much less calories plus I have to drink less to "get drunk" which is better for my calorie count but not my liver I guess. I actually have been at a defecit the days when I've drank I'm just worried of bloat. Oh well, it was fun and it was worth it. I'll be good during the week and I'm actually being really vigilant about weight gain
My misfortune is even when I was 106, I was still a 36D... now, well you can only guess, I weigh 143.

My name is patticake, yes I ate too many. I am going to lose 25lbs and get to my proper weight of 112. Oh my, I need help. I am 4'11, medium bone, large chest which gets in my way, (36D) I am hoping if I loose weight my chest will also go down in size. Lost 3 lbs so far with Beachbody.com workouts. There great! I am athletic and fit, you would never know I'm overweight, I pack it in tight. I ride horses, exercise and healthy eating for me and my husband. I love my dogs, live on a farm there is no excuse but being lazy as time goes by. Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
Welcome patticake! I'm so glad you decided to join our quickly growing group! On the issue of your chest--I used to be a 34 C and when I lost weight the first time I could hardly fill out a 32 A!!! So I'm sure you'll lose some there!
That's excellent that you ride horses. I love to ride, but I haven't ridden in so long! And living on a farm too--that must be so fun!

19We didn't end up going to Mexico Lindo. So I worked out extra, and had a yogurt for breakfast and a veggie bowl for lunch, for a total of only 145 cals, thinking I was going to consume a million cals that evening. Instead, we ended up going to Mimi's and eating wonderful grandmother food-- boneless skinless chicken breast, rice, broccoli, green beans, homemade roll, with a yummy creamy sauce that I put over it all! And I allowed myself a piece of homemade pound cake too! With the exception of the cake and the cream sauce, it was pretty diet-friendly!
