A Weekly Weigh-In
Alright shorties, let's keep ourselves accountable. Every monday morning let's do weigh-ins! I think we should keep them to a format so we can track our progress easily. Something like this
Starting Weight: 115
Current Weight: 115
Next Week's Goal: 114
Goal Weight: 105
sound good? This way we'll keep track of ALL of our successes and failures!
Ok - me too!
CW - 135
NWG - 133
Goal Weight - 115 (will revaluate then to see if I want to go to 110)
I know it's not monday but I weighed myself today and I've finally got past the christmas/new years weight and am losing again. Before christmas I was 50 kg , then after christmas I got up to 52, then after new years I was 51 and now I have finally surpassed my pre-christmas weight and am 49 kgs. :) Sometimes you gotta take a step back before you can step fowards. I'm now only 2 kgs away from my goal! :) I've got more hope that I will reach it by my goal time now (which is 14 Feb).
So to sum up:
Starting Weight: (before I joined calorie count): 59 kg (130 pounds)
Last Week: 50ish (110 pounds)
Current: 49 kg (108 pounds)
Next Week's Goal: 48.5 - 48 kg (107 - 106 pounds)
Goal Weight: 47 kg (104 pounds). I think that's as far as I want to go but if I lose more I probably won't mind since I'm losing the weight simply by being healthier. The main thing is that I keep fit and get good nutrition. I won't compromise my health in order to change my numbers.
I only joined CC on Monday so...
Height: 158cm/5'2"
Starting weight/current weight: 51kgs/112 pounds
Current goal weight: 49/108
Once I get to my goal, I might, might, try for 47/105, but that may be pure folly considering my ED background and generally obessive personality.
Its also possibly worthwhile to record measurements for this exercise?
If I can remember mine, I think my bust was 95cm (37 inches), waist 69cm (27), hips 90cm(35) last time I checked. I would love a smaller waist but genetics have decreed otherwise, alas!
