Hi All...

My weigh in day is Mondays.

I wanted to start a place where everyone can post their losses for the week!  Anybody can post doesn't matter what day you weigh in on!!

So I started this Monday and my weight was:

GW   150.0

Anybody that wants to be buddies with me would be great!   I have a long way to go on my journey and would love some company to be supportive and I'll do the same!!

Hello!

This is my first day using this site, so I am new to all of this. I've been trying to diet for a while, but it's so hard with 4 female roomates who eat whatever they want whenever they want. :)

I need motivation!

I am taking my time to loose weight to keep it off and not have to worry about my social life cutting in so much. So my goal date is by the end of the year, although I do wish it would come off sooner :) ).

The first 1.5 months weight came off fairly quickly, probably bc I was such an overeater before I started calorie counting.

I weigh once a week also, on Wednesday, but I'll try to push that back a bit since I lose 1 pound every 2 weeks or so.

I had a few weeks with some "woman issues" lol so i didn't post anything anywhere last week but this week i'm proud to say, i jumped that hurtle and the scaling is moving once more!

i also have a shorter term goal of 185 by october...i know this is a BIG goal but it's 2lbs a week weight loss and it's for my best friends wedding! so wish me good luck! and good luck to you all!Laughing
