One of the ideas from the 11-20lb group was a weekly weigh in on Monday......
For me it helps keep me good through the tougher weekends and gives me a place to "Post" my results, giving me the added incentive and black and white reality of my successes.
Hope you'll join me in this!
I could use the support!

I've been oscillating between 126 and 120 for months now, but I want to be below 120. So I guess that would mean that my goal is to oscillate between 115 and 119.

Hi all!
Sorry I've been absent for a while, grad. school has been keeping me busy!
Luckily, I've been maintaining very close to my goal weight, but I decided to just maintain instead of working on losing. It's been hard to work out every week, but I at least try to get in one or two workouts and watch what I eat (which is very hard with coffee shops all over campus and study groups who snack!)
I weighed myself Monday and was proud to see that I've stuck to the same weight!
SW: 124.5
CW: 111
GW (when I get more time): 110
I may adjust my goal weight when I have more time for more intense workouts and meal preparation, but for now I'm just happy to keep my weight here!
Hope everyone is well in this cold and flu season!
Whoops I have not weighed in... last week the batteries went on my scales.. and then I went away and ate lots! So this week...
I have rejoined the gym, but have not got back into the swing of logging foods properly which is not good. That is what I really need to work on this week as I am not feeling that motivated, but I know once I start to see a couple more pounds come off I will re motivate myself. I am a bit fed up as I felt so great at my target weight, so I really need to get back into it. I have family coming to visit at the weekend and am annoyed that I have let myself slip... well we are going to visit family on 21st Dec, so maybe that can be my new target now... I have also set my target at a little lower... to give me a real challenge! I need to get my heart back into it. I CAN do it!!!

Tufty1, good luck, although at 147 and 5'4, your body is almost happy so it will be harder I think....you probably look great too if you've been exercising. But whatever makes you happy and healthy.
Thursday is my weigh in day and am now:
Today: 164
Goal: 160
I'm so pleased of course but a little suspicious.......we just arrived down south for winter and have been eating as well as we can and continuing our workout program so I shouldn't be, but up north I could hardly get the scale to budge and down south, I've lost 2 lbs in a week! Hope it stays!

Holding strong. Glad to be maintaining rather than gaining.
Well done losingfocus! Wow you only have 4 lbs to go. Keep it up. I will only continue as long as I feel good. I don't want to lose too much that I look gaunt in the face as it will only be exercise that budges and tones those stubborn bits on the thighs and tum! And muscle can way more. Even if I don't get down to my target it is how I look in my clothes at the end of the day. At 37 how I look out of them will never be that great lol! So I will keep a note of inch loss too as that is more important now I am exercising again. Wasn't as good today on the food front although I didn't go over my total burn cals, but no deficit today! oopps but went to the gym and walked the dogs on the beach, so ... tomorrow is another day!
Well done delaney 86... your'e right, maintaining is still good. Better than putting on. See you guys next week and lets hope for a successful one!
elisa90 - we have the same goals and almost the same current weight! Keep it up - those last few lbs are tough to get off. But oscillating between 115 and 119 will be awesome!! :)
What i did this week that's made me shed almost two lbs. is work out in the AM for 20 minutes and then the PM for 20 minutes. My body must have been shocked or something b/c i did that on monday and tuesday then i even took wednesday off! (my normal is just a PM workout.)

Hi,alyssaraelongstreet! That sounds like a great idea. I might try a 20 minute morning run + a 20 minute evening run. I don't usually jog/run, so I definitely will shock my body! I walk a lot though, almost 2 hours per day, at a minimum (to get to class and back is 30 min, and I do it twice). I think my body is too used to walking. What are your stats? How much do you want to lose? What's your diet like? Feel free to message me!
Allyyyx95, hi and good luck. It's good to keep yourself fit......if you're not working out, you should start and that last 3 pounds will probably come right off. What are you doing to lose the weight?
Hi all. I started CC back in July and lost 35 pounds. My starting weight was 171 and my goal was 136. Since reaching my goal, I've put on a few more pounds and I want to nip it in the bud. The gain I think has been mainly due to several back-to-back trips, and I've also let myself excuse my way out of going to the gym as often. Hopefully this will get me back on track!
