I'm trying to GAIN after an eating disorder!

You don't have to be ashamed of your lowest weight! You're seeking help for an ED and that's the most important thing. We all have our monsters in the closet and need help dealing with them. That's what we're here for.

Spent all day with the boyfriend yesturday, so I didn't have time to post.
I did weigh myself yesturday though.

Finally! I've been working out at the gym for 3 weeks...and lost 1 pound... I know it is my diet. I totally stress/emotional eat. It's something I've got to work on!

Bit late, and missed last week. I was going to say it was because I was busy but it was mainly because I was exactly the same weight so didn't see the point in putting it up. Happier this week, didn't even really "notice" the fact I was healthy eating and exercising because I'm used to it now.
