This is great to keep us accountable to losing weight every week.  This is my first Wednesday post.

My starting weight is 175 lb. Wow I have never weighed this much before :(  That is why I am here.

My goal weight is 127, boy do I have a long way to go.

Hello everybody!

I weighed in at 136.2 this morning. I did not get a chance to weigh in last week (was out of town with no scale), but I've definitely been moving in the right direction!  I lost 3 lbs in the last two weeks and I'm just 5.2 lbs from my goal weight!!  Cool 

I've been riding my bike 30 - 35 minutes most days. One day I walked for 52 minutes...

You CAN DO this!  Just follow the plan, stick to your allotted calories as best you can and you WILL LOSE that weight!

I finally lost! Even though it was only 1/2 lb, it feels good to be on track again. I have not been doing a good job counting calories, yet I've been careful what I put in my mouth and I exercise a lot. I'm reinspired!

hi there.my start weight was 183.im now 178,i wana be at least 150.im 5ft 4in.i lost 5lbs in 1 wk.im 37yrs old.female.i started going to the gym like 3times a wk.for about 1 hr.my 2nd week i didnt lose anything.but i think im not eating the right amount of calories.i eat 3 times a day,but like 1000-1200 calories a day.im losing hope.any suggestions...thanx

I don't know what I'md doing wrong, I've been doing couting caloires and working out for two months and I've lost NOTHING, two months and no weight lose, all it does is go up or down a pound, I'm starting to just want to give up, what the H am I doing wrong?!

when you work out, are you doing enough cardio? and if you weight lift, (which i love doing) it is important to remember, you need to do at least half an hour of cardio along with circut training. because weights can make you gain wieght. also, try to stick to more bland foods like carrots, celery, spinach.  they arent that great but they work.

 

and be positive! it takes time for your body to get used to exscersise, and eating differently. your body may just be storing fat because its not used to burning more calories and eating less food. you just need to get over the hump!

I eat celery religiously, I'm not allowed to eat carrots because I had jow surgery and carrots are too hard to chew for my jaw and when I make salad to eat I either use romain of spinach, I love spinach.  I do at leas 30 minutes of cardio daily and I can't really lift weights, I have arthritis so it hurts, I do pilates to get muscle tone, and it's not just that I haven't lost anthing, the month before last I gained ten pounds in about a week and I have no idea why.

hey just joined today my name is huda. im hoping this will help me me out a little.. ive been working out for about 4 months lost 25 lbs, but im starting to level out where when i work out im not losing any more weight. any suggestions are welcome.

Hey I've been doing this site for a week now and dropped 2 lbs the first couple days.  I was doing another means of loosing weight before and needed a change.  I started loosing weight over a year ago.  It's been a slow process but I have succeeded in meeting my goal size but not goal weight.  I plan to keep going until I reach my goal.

Since 2 weeks ago when i fail on my own diet plan, i consistantly regain pounds from 142 to now 147. I feel horrible! :( I dont feel confirtable with my self-image in the public. Mainly, the reason is because of living happily with my boyfriend. I wish i can get away for 3 weeks, just live somewhere else apart from eachother, so I can get down to 130 again, then, eventually 100. :'(
