What weekly weight loss amount should I try to achieve?

0.5 to 2 pounds per week is the recommended healthy amount to lose per week. :)

Ditto. I aim for 1 pound per week.

1 to 2 pounds a week however the initial week if you went all out could be more because your body is detoxing and jump starting.
