its been 2 weeks & 3 days and....
I've lost 11 lbs! Yay!!!!!!!!!! im so proud of myself!! BTW im not new on here, i just forgot my old screen name (havent been on here 4 A LONG while)
I'm sorry to say this, but this is probably a bad thing. To healthfully lose weight the most you should be losing is 2 pounds a week. I don't know very much but I know that. It may also be a fluke. Have you been drinking water?
How many calories have you been eating each day? What kind of foods do you eat? What are you doing for exercise?
It's great that you are proud of yourself and all but what you are doing probably isn't healthy and it will come back... Again I don't know very much, so guys, can you back me up on this please? lol
I don't know if it is not healthy, see my body losses a lot more weight in the 1st month then slows down eventually.
Anyways congratulations nessa 388 :) xx
i dont count calories, i eat everything, just stop when im full. I dont eat sweets (never liked it) and i completely CUT OUT SODA from my LIFE. I also dont eat after 9pm and i DONT STARVE myself, I work out 2 the DVD walk away the pounds, about 6 times a week.
I used to OVEREAT...and this is the first time I've ever ate until im full. it took awhile to get used 2, (fighting the temptation 2 over indulge) but now im doing great. I drink about 2-3 bottles of water a day.
AND THANK YOU!!!

Oh, well that sounds pretty darn healthy to me... I don't know why your weight would drop that much... Did you use the same scale?
anyway CONGRATS!!
thanks, =] Yes i use the same scale. its the only one i have, and i just bought it about 2 weeks ago, so i know nothing is wrong with it.
im guessing its water weight that im losing...but then again im still happy.
I think that it's relatively normal to lose quickly in the beginning... the rate of weight loss will likely slow down as you progress. Just as long as you're eating enough, but not too much, and of course, eating the right things. By what you've said, it sounds like you're on the right track and have a great attitude to healthy eating. Congratulations!!
Wow I don't know how you did it, I haven't even lost a pound per week. :( Its taken me 2 months to lose 5. Damn.
I lost 9lbs in the first 3 weeks. I think its pritty normal to loose a lump at the begining then it slows. but i only way myself once a week at most.. its not my weight that I use as a gage its how i feel and how my cloths fit.
Some people can lose weight quickly, and you often lose more at the beginning. just dont get discouraged if it starts to slow down. and congrats on the loss !
OMG....hello....if your just starting your weight loss the lbs are going to come off fast initially and then it will slow to a more safe weight loss. I think its awesome and what a boost for motivation and self esteem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
