is it normal to be counting calories and only drinking water i gave up coffee and more coffee and a sprite a day for water yum.
i have been counting for about three weeks now havent strayed at all i work out on an elliptical nightly and i run around like crazy chasing 3 kids and i havent lost no weight not a pound does it usually take a long time to lose just a pound?
i have been dieting for about two years and only lost 11 pounds and ive been eating healthy for about a year and now cc and it just seems that the more i try the more dissapointed i get is there any suggestions why i cant seem to lose at least one pound
I know exactly what you mean!!!! I am in the same boat. I have been doing the same, counting calories since the beginning of the year and nada. Not a single pound will come off and stay off. I am so frustrated. I consistently go for streaks of 3500 calorie deficits and still no lbs come off. I've even tried going over for a day or two to try to kick my metabolism but that doesn't work either.
I few years back I did a low carb diet that consisted of severe carb restriction 6 days a week and whatever you wanted the 7th day. I didn't want to resort to that because everyone says "calorie counting works" but not so much for me. At least not yet....
im glad to see that im not the only one in this boat.
im just going to ride this out a few more weeks and see if it works.
thanks
