11 weeks to lose "up to" 21 pounds, ending Oct 31!

I like the way the numbers work out for this. Remember it is "up to" 21 pounds so every loser is a winner in this challenge. Lose 1 pound and you did it, lose 21 pounds and you can brag that you did it! ;)
I also have a "mini" challenge to add on Sept 1 for those of us that just need to meet a stated goal in order to feel satisfied. It will be much easier to reach for than a 2 pound a week loss and it has such a cute title I just have to use it.

For anyone familiar with Halloween candy, namely Reese's Cups (OMG they are so yummy) Stop thinking about them...lol It takes 565 Reese's Cups to equal the amount of calories in 21 pounds. Can you pass on eating 565 of those delicious little bites of heaven? And as if that thought isn't bad enough they are already invading the store shelves to taunt and temp us over the next couple months. Be strong!
