I like the way the numbers work out for this. Remember it is "up to" 21 pounds so every loser is a winner in this challenge. Lose 1 pound and you did it, lose 21 pounds and you can brag that you did it! ;)
I also have a "mini" challenge to add on Sept 1 for those of us that just need to meet a stated goal in order to feel satisfied. It will be much easier to reach for than a 2 pound a week loss and it has such a cute title I just have to use it.

We're off to a good start. Hopefully bodan didn't "throw his weight" this week to avoid the toasted marshmallows. LOL. Is everyone back into their work/school schedules?
Ok, not a HORRIBLE gain, but still not a loss...kinda disappointing since I was at 181.4 yesterday...but I did drink extra water at the gym this morning, and most of a no carb rockstar...which I don't usually do, so I'll chalk it up to that. I pigged out camping last weekend, so I can only blame myself for no loss this week. Just need to clamp down on my eating/drinking and I'll be fine. I have the exercise routine under control...damn food! I always tell my boyfriend/friends that I'll never be skinny cause I love food too much! Don't WANT to be skinny...just at a nice healthy middle weight damn it! lol

7 weeks left!?!?! OMG I am not going to make my goal at this rate, I may update a new goal of 160 when we do weigh-in tomorrow. I have no clue what is going on, but I hope it ends up being water weight on overdrive & it all drop off by tomorrow morn. I want to see 169 on my scale!!!!

Fluctuations are driving me mad. Daily's I'm ok with, but its like a ten lb range. Of course, I've not been quite so diligent lately either.. I count everything, but I don't worry as much about a few too many maintenance days... been counting since april.. I think that's long enough to get someone a little bit jaded ...

Wooo hooooooo!!! First time in the negative from when I started! I was actually kinda worried, because that is pretty much what my weight was on monday...and last week I got a friday spike that threw off a loss...lol. I have been on it this week though...yes I've gone out to eat a couple of times, but kept things moderate and did all my exercise :) Sooooo happy. On family vacation til next weds, but we'll be eating in most of the time and my family is watching what they eat as well...so shouldn't be too rough! Hope everyone else had a good week!
Hi all, I'd like to join. I was on another thread so I've been tracking my weight for some time so I can post those numbers. I've only been losing about 1lb a week and sometimes I stay the same so my goal for Oct 31 is to lose 13 lbs which will put me at around 2lbs a week.
