I like the way the numbers work out for this. Remember it is "up to" 21 pounds so every loser is a winner in this challenge. Lose 1 pound and you did it, lose 21 pounds and you can brag that you did it! ;)
I also have a "mini" challenge to add on Sept 1 for those of us that just need to meet a stated goal in order to feel satisfied. It will be much easier to reach for than a 2 pound a week loss and it has such a cute title I just have to use it.

Ok this stinks, those darned chicken wings I had this week caught up with me, once on the lips, twice on the hips as they say. I'll have to use more self control if I'm going to make my goal by Oct 31. I am in a size 8 which is the first time in many, many years so overall I'm ecstatic!

Sorry bodan not a big loss, but a loss all the same. I was sick with strep throat so I wasn't too motivated, I couldn't even take time off from work (we are just too short staffed). So take a pass this week but the 1.5-2 pound loss for next week still stands. I did up my weights so hopefully that will help.

Well I am majorly upset with myself, I endulged in boneless wings this week and had 2 beers on Monday night and now I'm paying for it! My body fat % actually went down but my weight is up a little bit. :-(

HEY BODAN.....I broke through my plateau. Glad to see you revise your goals (your weight chart was bouncing all over the place). Best to maintain & then put on a little more muscle. That should help stabilize the weight and make it easier to keep it stable. You have done and incredible job this year.
