If you don't have a need to, desire to, ability to lose the full 21 pounds, how about just 13 pounds from September 1 to October 31?!?!?

11 weeks to lose "up to" 21 pounds, ending Oct 31! 

Late arrivals are always welcome!   If you join in late, just prorate..lol 

I like the way the numbers work out for this.  Remember it is "up to" 21 pounds so every loser is a winner in this challenge.  Lose 1 pound and you did it, lose 21 pounds and you can brag that you did it!  ;)  

I also have a "mini" challenge to add on Sept 1 for those of us that just need to meet a stated goal in order to feel satisfied.  It will be much easier to reach for than a 2 pound a week loss and it has such a cute title I just have to use it.

    No change in weight on the scale but I took 3 days of eating maintenance with out exercise. Then I went back to my regular workout & increased my weights (some of them by double the weight). I worked my arms to failure. If I had to do even "girls pushups" at the end of my workout I probably would have fallen & broken my nose. We will see what these changes bring.
