I've been on CC for about three weeks now and I've never paid any attention to the weekly break down. I see now that I should have! My calories are too low, my sugar is high, and man... do I love my carbs! I've lost 8 pounds since joining though!
Got an A!!! Although looking at the amounts seems quite high in some areas! Whats up with that?

Due to a gallstone cleanse, my intake included a pint of olive oil and it still gives an A- rating.
