weight loss total: 8 lbs

What I've learned: I actually can lose weight!  It's not always easy or fun but I can do it and I plan on continuing to lose weight until I hit a healthy point.

I didn't qute make the 20lb goal, but I wasn't really expecting too.  I managed to do slightly better than a 1.5lb/week loss, so I'm happy.

I learned how to overcome a huge plateau that really stalled my weightloss, but I still managed to lose 13.

I feel great and have reached a healthy weight thanks to this program! Maybe a Keep It Up Summer Challenge would help all of us stay healthy all summer long? It is a thought! Have a Great Summer and you should all be proud of your accomplishments! I am proud of you!

Total loss this week: +2 - had an engagement party and a birthday barbarque this weekend and we were away from home so I only excersized 2 of the 5 days we were away....oh well!!!

Total loss for this challenge: 14 pounds - Not bad!!!  Just 4 pounds shy of the 18 pound goal!!!  Way to go me!!!  And way to go EVERYONE who lost some weight, whether or not they met their goal!!

Hi everyone! Sorry I'm late AND missed last week- my brother graduated from college and it was very hectic.

Start weight: 186 pounds

Today: 175 pounds

Total weight lost during challenge: 11 pounds!

Woohoo!! Ok, well a little short of my goal of 15 pounds. But I am on my way. One more measly pound until I am in a healthy BMI, and I plan on continuing my own personal challenge.

well would i luv to join this i  have a wedding i9n 9 weeks too lol well im going to be a bridesmaid (major part) so i dont mind losing 20 or 30 pounds i could really use it

 what i learned  i can do it. i have managed to stay below 208 since week 1.. i went up and down but i  stuck with things and have learned to change bad habits and to start making better ones
