What did you do a great job at this week?
I exercised when I REALLY did not want to. I ate two half pieces of pie for Easter rather than 1 big piece right after supper and one big piece later. So, that was an improvement for my life. Went rollerskating with my boys, rather than out to eat, as a family activity.
What could you improve on in week 2?
STILL EATING: Get my eating at 1,500 calories at the most per day & Eating more fruits and vegetables.
Goals for Next Week:
1,500 calories maximum for each of the 7 days of this week. Eat 6 servings of fruits and veggies per day this week. HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE. No eating out at resturants more than 1 time this week.

What did you do a great job at this week?
I haven't been doing any exercise at all but I did exercise 3 times this week. Usually I get really bored with exercise but I bought 3 exercise DVD's...1) Pilates for weight loss 2) Yoga for Beginners 3) Dance off the calories. I did each video this week and it seemed to pay off definitley...I already feel stronger and more flexible from just doing these 3 videos. So far so good. It was also a good variety of different types of exercise.
What could you improve on in week 2?
Not bingeing so much on the weekend...only 1 or 2 beers...Not so much snacks on the weekend!! (Ate a whole box of fudge e o's and still managed to lose 2 lbs...is that weird or what)
Goals for Next Week?
Keep up the exercise, and maybe do the cardio video an extra time. WATCH THE SNACKS AND BEER on the weekend. It will be easier since it's not Easter!

What did you do a great job at this week?

What could you improve on in week 2?
Try to get my intake at less than 1,500 calories a day. Eat healthier foods, more fruits and veggies.
Goals for Next Week:
1,500 calories max a day. Try not to eat out at restaurants more than 2 times this week. I'm going on a road trip this weekend, so I'm going to try my hardest to eat something healthy on the road. Keep up my workout regimen!

I ate very well all week long. The only bad thing I had was a cadbury egg on Easter. but it was only 150 cal. and It fit into my daily cal. limit. Even my Easter dinner was very healthy. But I did have an extra serving of ham. LOL But i'm paying for it because it was very salty. I weighed 170 on Sun. morning and today I was 171.1 I think the salt made me retain water :(
What could you improve on in week 2?
Work Out more! Make it the first thing on the list so I don't miss out. I only worked out four days this week. I usually stick to 5 or 6 days each week. I planned on working out Sat. & Sun. But on Sat. I relaxed in the morning (when I should have worked out) then I had to run some errands before I met up with some people for a event we had planned weeks ago. I was gonna work out after the errands and before meeting up with the freinds but the errands took longer than I thought they would. I did not have time to work out. And Sunday I ended up getting sick so I didn't do what I had planned.
Goals for Next Week:
I want to work out more! 5/7 times this week. But I will try to do new cardio workouts like skating, swimming if it gets warm enough, spin class (I have a free invite for one class to see if I like it) and I will try some of my old videos I pulled out last week. BUT I have some kind of bug so If I need to rest then I will break up the cardio into a few 10 or 15 min. ones instead of a long workout. And get better!

I ate very well balanced meals, and stayed in the 1200 to 1500 calorie range MOST of the time. :) I drank all of my water.

Still working on it. New start today, Easter is over. Eat a lot that I shouldn't have for weight loss, but for being a normal person living life I wasn't that bad. No calories counted yesterday. Back on the horse today!
Changes for next week: Increase my walking to 4.8 up from 3.6 every day. Keep calories between 1400 and 1500
