What did you do well this week? Well it was TTOM so it was frustrating. I worked out consistently drank water and still didn't lose a ton.
What can you improve on? Snacking right after a meal. Duh! I shouldn't be hungry yet. I need to listen to myself better.
Goal for this week: Drink more water!!!!!!

Tell us all the ONE THING THAT YOU RESOLVE TO IMPROVE ON THIS WEEK?!
Eat healthier! I weighed less on Friday but a road trip filled with fast food sidetracted me. I ate healthy (grilled chicken sandwhiches each time we ate fast food. But apparently it wasn't that healthy. And I might have have one order of onion rings yesterday, but I din't eat all of them) But I still feel good because I could have had burgers and fries each time. And at a ball game I went to Sat. night (which they canceled after making us sit in the rain for 4.5 hours) I could have had burgers and hotdogs and all that mess, but I found a turkey wrap after really searching for a healthier option!
What other 2 things will you also do to increase your weight loss this week?
Work out more this time (I always say that), and eat more vegies!
And Kitkat, Your right, you probably did loose! I weighed in and then had a big glass of water and weighed again and that added 2 pounds! After I ate some toast with peanutbutter on it (and some more water) it went up to 2.3 pounds. But that could just be the way my body reacts to my morning intake. You should weigh in again in the morning and repost! You did a good job! And thanks for being consistant with these monday morning check-ins! They are helping me A LOT! I'm only 18.7 away from my goal of 30 pounds in 9 weeks! I didn't think I could do it, but after trying the challenge anyways I think I can now! You helped me break a plateau and since then it's litterally falling off! Great Idea.

My one thing I resolve: I resolve to stay under my calorie allowance for sure! Next week I WILL weigh 180. This week I consistently ate more than my fair share.
The other 2 things I resolve this week:
1. I am going on the road for work. I will find hotels with fitness centers and work out.
2. Also on this note, I will NOT eat junk food while travelling. I will shop at grocery stores and eat planned meals.

I did what I could!! Even when I couldn?t eat solid food due to teeth extraction, I made sure I ate enough calories.

Don?t know :-( I am hanging in there and hoping to break this plateau sometime soon.
I am still glad I did not gain any weight from increasing my calories and eating to my satisfaction. I am hoping to see the weight starting to drop in the future!
