Ok guys I didn't see this posting this mornin'- so I decided to keep the challenge going! Hopefully KitKat will be back soon! Come back Kitkat!
Anyway- not such a steller week for yours truly.
Weight today 5/14/2007: 178
Weight last week 5/7/2007: 176
Total Lost last week: +2 pounds
Total Pounds Lost: 8 pounds
Complaints: Everything fell apart over the weekend. I also am consistently eating too many calories. I am making healthy choices but the cals keep stacking up. I must eat within my limit of 1600-1700 calories. No exceptions! Next week I hope to be back at 176.
Praises: I did a great job exercising last week. I also rode my bike instead of driving several times. I hope to keep that up this week as well as staying within my calories.

I have no complaints...I did eat out twice with my fiance...Red Lobster and then some mega cheesy pizza...So Im guessing thats why I only lost the 1 pound
Praises: I have been doing awesome at drinking 153 ounces of water...Yay me!! Also kept up on my exercise like a good girl

I don't get it. I've been religiously counting calories, working out, etc. and I don't get very far. I stopped logging calories this week (change in routine, I'm back to school) and haven't really worked out, and I'm down 2 pounds! (And not just today, I've been hovering around 199.4-6 since Wednesday). Anyways, I gotta get back on track, b/c even though I lost weight, I haven't been eating healthy.
And I'm under 200! Hurray!!!!!

I'm feeling very unmotivated and I think it's because I've been officially "dieting" for more than 8 weeks straight. 2 month slump or something like that. I need to get my head on straight again or I'll start to gain instead of maintain/lose.

i hit 203.8 at my moms house on sunday that was cool ...........slow and steady wins the race

Praises: 4 out of 10 days of the vacation I walked 7-9 miles, and I walked about 1 mile the rest of the days. At least I was doing something healthy... because I sure wasn't eating healthy!

I didn't work out for 5 days straight because my muscles were sooooooo sore and I think my body needed a break. I came close to pulling a muscle on more than one occasion doing everyday activities cause my muscles were weak and tired or at least thats what I assumed. Plus I ate out at a buffet while I was on the road and had cake and fried fish and a bit of other treats too. I had pancakes one morning and a burger one night. I also had cake on mothers day. All this = 1.6 pounds

Hmm...just found this forum after using the site to count calories. Realized that my coffee lattes were using waaay too many! LOL! Anyway this will be good motivation.

I dont know if I will continue to count so diligently each day, but has made me aware of how fast they add up. In January I bought a Total Trainer for home that I use daily. My job change has kept me from the gym, but this is actually working better. Will start riding my bike when it stops raining, uh well that is if I'm not on the one with the motor!

praises: I feel so much more in control counting calories. I love it! If it works, that is. I used to mindlessly put stuff in my mouth. Now i know it's too much trouble to figure out the caloric value, and I dont eat it!

anna i weigh myself twice a day .. morning and night .. i do this so that i can get a more accurate picture of my weightloss. sunday i was 203.8 yester day i was 205 today was 204.2... so be kind its just flucuations because tonight i will be around 206 .. good luck all newbies and keep at i :P
