Starting Weight:  237 pounds

Current Weight for today:  235.4 pounds

I am a poor example of how to be successful.

I have been skipping exercise.  I have been eating out of control.

I have to go back to the the basics.

How are you all doing?

I have no excuses. I have been slacking with the exercise and eating junk!

But I have a new Job! Once I get adjusted I think things will get better. They even have healthy snacks in the vending machines. I wonder if Dannons Yogurt from a vending machine is safe.

It looks like my body is strongly holding on around that weight range (within 6lbs) ?which is the weight I?ve been on most of my life ?very interesting!!!!

I started increasing my exercise intensity/time and hope for better results. However, I am happy and thankful to see my cloths becoming looser and looser; inches are definitely falling off but the scale??is so stubborn :-(
My goal was to get to 80kg by Dezember this year, however it looks like I will hit that target much sooner if it keeps going as it is. I might as well set it to beginning of august, 9 weeks to go, sounds ok!

Starting weight: 05/01/07: 96.5kg/212.3lbs
Goal weight: 08/01/07: 80kg/176lbs    (and finally a BMI within the "healthy range" of 25)

Current weight as of today: 91,2kg/ 201lbs

missing: 11,2kg / 25lbs

I just need to stay "moderately active" and don't eat more than 1900 cals a day, and I should reach my goal, should be no problem, I hope...
Sorry I am a little late this go around in reporting back...

complains:  I felt like I wasn't getting anywhere this week, and then I woke up this morning and lost a whole pound.  I can only hope it's still gone tomorrow.

Praises: Today was my one month anniversary of my gym membership.  I've been really good about going and am just dang proud of myself.  The first week I went everyday.  Second week I took a day off.  Third week I was on vacation.  Fourth week I went 3 out of 4 days I wasn't on vacation.  So far this week I've been 2/2 days.
Current weight: 192 (thanks, new lithium digital scale)

last week: 191

weight change: +1

weight lost during the challenge: 6 lbs

*sigh*  One more week to get my head in the game.  I could, supposedly, lose 3 pounds in a week which would put me in the 180s club.  But I'd be happy to lose just another pound.

Seriously though, I'm not doing good.  I'm starting to add a lot of crap back into my diet.  I'm not drinking enough water.  And I avoid exercise like it's going to kill me.  I need to take this seriously!!!
