 i loved challeneges it helped me alot last year and after many health problems i am back on cc..  there are officially 9 weeks till the first day of spring (March 20)

I like to lose min. 10 pounds  shooting for 15

 weigh in every wed.. or when you remember....anyone interested  just post a reply.. this is my first new topic  so go easy on me...lol

 there will be a new thread started for weighins on the games and challenges  sections of the forums... 

edited to add that so everyone will know where to post weighins at... ( will try to have it started bytuesday night or wednesday morning.)

I will defintely join this. I am leaving march 20th to visit a friend in London and am working on being 10-15 pound lighter by then.

 While I have more like 35 lbs to lose, I beleive in setting smaller goals that are achievable!

Current weight:  around 170

So I will have to tell you that I can't really weigh in this week, but hopefully I'll manage it next week.  I had surgery on my ankle and currently can't put any weight on it (this is my fourth week in a cast) so stepping on a scale with one foot, might not give me true results, well plus the weight I would have to take off for this cast???

Anyway I am supposed to get a removable walking cast next wednesday so hopefully I will be able to weigh in then.

My exercise is pretty limited right now, besides walking on crutches which is a big pain in my butt (a butt that seems to be getting bigger HA) but I try to do boxing from a sitting position and keep as active as I can with this injury.

I'm hoping a group will keep me motivated, I'll have to admit surgery has been hard on me and because everything is harder I just want to sleep all the time..so I'm down for any sort of motivation!

 

I will join this because I have never done it before. Maybe it will help me.

GOAL WEIGHT IS 120lbs!!!!!! By May.

I am not over weight. It is more a emotional thing with me than anything. I just think I could look better. So, I believe if I weighed 120lbs....my mind will kick in and say" Hey you....you are not FAT. You look good. Get over it already and live your life." I could use more support people wise. Maybe this will help.

This seems right up my alley.  I am at 141.5 and want to be to 130.  I have lost 5.5 since joining 2 weeks ago, so I think I can make the rest by spring!

also, i have another group and would feel like i was betraying them.

I would like to join. I am new to the site and the forum.  I want to lose 100+ pounds by New Years day. I am severly obese and could use some support. My husband and I joined our local YMCA right before Christmas. I have lost a couple inches off my waist but the pounds are not coming off.

First day of spring is my birthday so its a good goal date for me. I would love to lose 20 pounds by then.
