no weigh-in for 2 days now...
I would wait too! Different scales can and do tend to provide different readings. I have gotten too excited weighing myself on someone else's scale (with it reading 135.5) to come home, and weigh myself the next day on my own scale and have it read 138. NOT COOL. ![]()
If you have been eating/exercising as you normally do and have not fallen off the band wagon this week, then I would expect everything to be just fine! And sometimes it helps not to weigh every day because YIKES sodium can really take a toll on that number you see when you jump on the scale.
The important thing is how you feel about yourself and your eating/living habits this week. If you feel good then don't worry about it - look at these few days off as a sense of freedom! As much as it must be frustrating to not know the # on the scale, in reality, so many little things can make it go up or down (a lot or a little) in a short amount of time, but it can also change just as quickly in the opposite direction too.
Stay strong!
I wish I could stop weighing myself every morning... I used to be good about it (but that was when I was 150+ and I was scared to see how much more weight I gained). Now that the weight loss process has begun, I am impatient and want to see results every day - and the scale has become my worst enemy/ best friend.
