I'm very new to calorie-counter. Calorie counting is new to me, I've never counted calories. But I'm working out and not seeing the results I want so I (thankfully) found this site and began counting calories.
If this has already been asked, sorry.
Do you weigh yourself everyday? Am I suppose to?

You can weigh yourself whenever you want really. The most common advice is to only do it weekly, because the fluctuations of weighing every day are frustrating sometimes. Just the tiniest bit of water retention can send your weight up and down and all over the place.
I personally weigh myself every day because I don't have the patience to wait a full week. However, I usually only take the weekly weights as my "real" weights.
If you do decide to do it every day, do it at the same time (preferably when you wake up and naked), and be prepared for ups and downs.
Good luck!

I wouldn't suggest it. I think a lot of people weight once a week at the same time, say monday morning before eating breakfast (and naked, hah) ... It gives you a more 'accurate' assessment IMO.
There are so many factors that could cause your weight to fluctuate every day (water weight, eating big meals, 'that time' of month) it might be disheartening to check it every day. Plus it takes more than a few days to lose a pound.
To each their own I suppose, there are also many others who check every day. :)

I think I will just weigh in once a week.
