This is from a sodium overload. I don't know why, but I had a major attack of Coke and Sun Chips.
I weigh in weekly and here are my stats:
LW 259.6 (last weight)
CW 255.4 (current weight) I'm down 4.2 pounds!!! (This was after a 3 week plateau of not losing anything)
Mini Goal: 249.6 by end of September 2009 (so 5.8 pounds away from my mini goal) - so I have 22 days to make it happen!!![]()
