I don't know if anyone else is doing weekly weigh-ins, but I figured I would start a thread if anyone else is! The gist: Each week on your regular weigh-in day post your stats with your most recent weight or loss or both! This is how I'll be proceeding with mine (my weigh-in was yesterday, but I just thought to do this now)....

My projection was wrong yesterday. I acutally weighed 188.5 instead of 187. But after getting on the scales this morning, here are my stats:
