I don't know if anyone else is doing weekly weigh-ins, but I figured I would start a thread if anyone else is! The gist: Each week on your regular weigh-in day post your stats with your most recent weight or loss or both! This is how I'll be proceeding with mine (my weigh-in was yesterday, but I just thought to do this now)....
Starting Date: 8/6/08
Starting Weight: 171
08/20/08: 168.5
Current loss: 2.5
Goal Weight: 140
End Date: 3/6/08
Ugh...just got back from five days in Nashville (I live in CO). Great place to visit but not so great when you're trying to lose weight!
Start date 9/17/08
Start weight 172.8
9/24/08: 176.6
Current gain: 3.8 lbs.

A new beginning
. Fell off the wagon for several months and basically back to square 1.
I had lost 14 lbs originally so I know I can do it. Just need to stick to it.

thanks so much for your support. I left work and came home sick with this flippin flu bug but i'm being a very good girl and NOT eating out of emotions....
I am hoping to get back on my exercise regime as soon as I feel better but i'm practicing a lot of patience! LOL...(it' s not easy!)

I'm just a beginner at this online stuff, so please bear with me! I have been trying to lose the same 20lbs for 20 years! I lost it last year after my hysterectomy...but it found me again.
does the posting of food get easier? I tag my staples in my diet, and was surprised that I actually thought twice before putting something in my mouth because I'd have to take the time to log it!
Weight- 158....Goal is 135!
Hopefully before March...but that's my deadline!
Weigh in this morning, Oct 30/08 : 160.8
total weight loss to date (from Sept 1/08) : 12lbs. 8 ozs.
Weight needed to reach goal : 15.8

not sure what's going on with me, but i began at 181.0 this monday. now, on friday, i'm sitting at 175.0. does anyone have any idea as to how this is possible considering that all i do is clean for a couple hours a day, drink a weight loss shake every morning, take a nap in the afternoon, and play with my son which isn't that strenuous. not sure.

I think you are not taking in many calories???? How many are you having daily plus if this is your first week, most of the loss will be "water loss".

Actually, I do believe my calorie intake is low - supposed to be 1700ish - however, i haven't taken much in as far as today. True, it could be water loss which is good. I hear that drinking water can flush out the sodium that's been takin in which causes a bit of bloating.

This week's loss: 3 lbs
Total loss: 9 cumulative (this total is from starting weight as of Jan..however due to fact that I was missing in action for awhile...my starting weight this last round was 153)...so my most current total weight loss is 5lbs. No not trying to confuse you, but just trying to be clear, as I know there are some auditors out there (on another thread, I reported that my total loss is 5lbs)...hahahahahahaha!

End Date: 3/4/09
Ugh so I haven't been doing too well. Actually I've been doing ok with my food choices with some slip ups I must say with Halloween but at the current moment:

Last weigh-In 10/23/08: 149lbs

Weight loss to date: 2lbs from starting weight and +1lb from last weight-in!!!!

I need to step up my exercise routine..as in do my exercise routine. Pressures of school lately have made it seem impossible but I know I'm full of excuses!!! Tomorrow's another day!
I've been very good and since Sept 1/08 my starting weight was:
172.8............this morning Nov 5/08 was 159.8...I have lost a total now of 13lbs. and DON"T plan on having my emotional eating control my life anymore.
I exercise every day and watch what I eat......I stop when I've hit the tummy comfort zone and look forward to reaching my goal of 145 by March 6/09.
