Starting off at 166. That's what the scale said this morning and eventhough I think the scale is a lying bastard, that is the number I am going with for first weigh in.

And my measurements were actually surprising this morning. 38' bust, 32' waist, 41.5 hips. surprising in that, I actually thought they would be higher. Huh. who knew? I mean, still needs work, obviously, but not as much as I thought. I measured arms and thighs too, but I don't remember what it was.

So how's everyone else doing today?

alright, so it looks like no one logged in for friday weigh in. myself included. well, that stinks. I was 164.5 last friday. that was nice to see. but now I'm 168 today because of my friend's super awesome bachelorette party this weekend. and I kinda don't care at all. I'm just glad it wasn't any higher than that.

Goal: 132

I don't have any measurements at the moment. Must do that.

I owe my weight loss so far to CC, i couldn't have got this far wthout the people or advice here.

I too went a little crazy this weekend......

Ive managed to maintain my weight ....I was 162.8 on friday and I am 162.6 today...and I just finished my period.....

Although this was the weekend of the chicken wing (no really, it  was...I had chicken wings ALL weekend long, with pizza, beer, burger king (ew sick) and ice cream) I feel like I was (hopefully) able to get it all out of my system so I can start fresh Monday (today) and focus. I still have another month because of my surgery being put off so I want to take advantage of it rather then getting more discouraged.

Damn fatness, who invented that anyway?

I totally spaced logging in my weight friday.

Current weight is 162, down 1 pound, which i amazingly maintained throughout the weekend!  Still up 0.5 pounds from the first weigh in for september.  anyone else have troubles keeping the weight off while drinking!!!!  Good luck this week, I will be out of town Friday, but will post over the weekend or monday again.

Splurged a little and had a few sodas, a piece of ice cream cake and a piece of pie, so I was a little worried.

 

Is it too late to join you all?   

 I am 5'6 and currently at 179.5.  I started in March, took about 2 1/2  months off then started again seriously in August.  I started at 199.  I am actually down almost 20lbs and absolutely can not tell one bit of difference-but I have a long way to go.  I am aiming for 140 but I will adjust the closer I get.  I think my lowest was about 120 and that was so long ago I don't remember what I looked like.  I have been at 179-180 for the last 2 weeks and I can't seem to get off that number. 

So here's to accountability-

yay! so we are still going! yes, yes, everyone is welcome. the more the merrier. I was down to 166.5 this morning so I know that it is water weight and the scale will probably be lower tomorrow. I plan on kicking ass this weeka dn hopefully weighing in at 163 this Friday. That would be awesome.

I am down to 176.5 that is 3lbs down this week!!!!  I hope this group is still going-I like seeing where others are with the same stats.  I will try and get my measurements this weekend.

I forgot to log yesterday, but I still don't have much change to report. I am now bouncing around between 164 and 168, so at least the range moved down from 165-170. I find also that my weight always increases after I strength train. I took a week off of weight training just to see what would happen, and the scale sat at 164.5 for a week. then I did upper body and it went up to 166. then back to 164.5. then I did lower body. shot up to 166 again, but THIS morning, 2 days after, I'm actually really really really sore, way worse than yesterday, and the scale said 168 this morning. So I know for sure now that it's the weight training making the difference. AT least that's reassuring to know. Hope everyone else is doing well.

149 even on the scales this morning!

Might have some water weight to log tomorrow if I remember to come back in as I am eating some pretty high sodium content right now. Argh

 

Good morning everyone

I am logging in today because I will be away this weekend....

I weighed in at 161.6 this morning. I just saw my nutritionist on September 24th and I lost another 7 inches. So thats a total of 20.25 inches in two months...Just when I thought it was about time to give up lol

My surgery isnt til November 4th now, so that leaves me with one more  month to potentically lose more! Ive gone to the gym everyday this week and it feels great and Im noticing a huge difference...

 

Bought my halloween costume last week.... it was a little gusty and out of my element, but I totally bought a mile high club captain outfit lol... AND I bought it in a medium-ohh how risky lol

its a  little tight and shows every bump, roll and wrinkle, but thats just gonna have to modivate me more!

 

Hope everyone is still keeping up with their excercises but most importantly,their eating! In the end, its basically 90% diet, 10% physical activity......So keep it up ladies!

Tinka, that is so great! You are kicking ass!

I'm actually going for a cute Halloween costume this year too and I'm super excited for it. I'm throwing a huge Halloween party at my house and 2 of my really great friends will be in town, so I wanna look good. Man, it is GREAT motivation.

I weighed in at 164 today. Tomorrow I will take measurements and maybe the scale will be even lower. I would really love to post a decent loss this week.

You will see lower, I know it, I was so doubt ful about my last weigh in...thought I gained in places......when she told me a lost another 7 inches I told her to shut up. Then I apoligized to her lol Then I thanked her. Then she told me to thank myself :) lol

So I DID!

I'm in! This morning I was in at 166.8 (though I really have no clue where I'm at, two weeks ago I was 164 and now it's TOM).

Bust: 40
Waist: 31
Hips: 40

I am up a half pound from last week to 177 but it is that TOM.  Usually I am up about 3-5 pounds for that week so I can't wait to see where I am when I'm done.  I splurged yesterday for lunch and had a chef salad w/ real blue cheese dressing.  There were more calories in the dressing than the salad-but worth it.

I am down a total of 22 pounds and I can't wait till I can actually tell the difference in my clothes, still no noticable difference but I'm getting there.

Okay, so I'm hangin tight at 164. Measurements are 36B 31W 40H. So. Alright, I guess. So annoying that the boobs always go before the gut.

Still waiting for the birth control to get out of my system. I've been off of it for 2 and a half months and still no sign of my old friend TOM. Which, you know, is totally weak. And if my body still thinks it's pregnant, then you know I'm not gonna be seein the scale budge.

Hope everyone else has had better luck than I.

Hi everyone!! Can I re-join AGAIN?

So I was on here in June, lost about 6lbs but went off track, came back and lost a few more lbs but went off track somewhere around August when I was supposed to be starting that couch-to-5k thing...i got the flu, injured my leg, and guess I just got tied up in life and my kids (5yr old and 3 yr old). But now I'm seriously getting miserable and fed up with myself. Not to mention that I just bought a bunch of new clothes and already they're feeling tight!!

So here's my stats as of today:
age 23, 5'6'', 169lbs

I sure hope I can do this! I have a friend helping to keep me motivated, and I will be walking/jogging as well as using a Cardio Twister starting Monday.

missed the weigh in on friday, still at 162, been loosing and gaining the same 3 pounds all month.... 

Good Morning Ladies- with a lot of hard work this week the scale budged 1/2 pound, down to 161.5.  Sometimes I wish my scale read out in hundreths, these 0.5 pound increments are tough on me.  Another rainy day here in MN.  Take care
