WEIGH IN FOR 5'6"ish 168ish GROUP. New Members WELCOME!
Starting off at 166. That's what the scale said this morning and eventhough I think the scale is a lying bastard, that is the number I am going with for first weigh in.
And my measurements were actually surprising this morning. 38' bust, 32' waist, 41.5 hips. surprising in that, I actually thought they would be higher. Huh. who knew? I mean, still needs work, obviously, but not as much as I thought. I measured arms and thighs too, but I don't remember what it was.
So how's everyone else doing today?
Good Morning-
I am down 1 lb to 176. I didn't work out this morning and I am completely dragging. I want to see the 160's but it is taking sooooooo long. I am starting to get a little frustrated and the weekend is here. Hope I can do better this time. Why oh Why does this take so long and why does is seem so hard some days??!!!

I am proud to announce this week that I have broken my 3 month long plateau. I actually saw 162 this week. A. MAZE. ING. The morning that I woke up and saw 162.5, I jumped on and off the scale 10 times and rubbed my eyes repeatedly. And then I caught a flat 162 the next day. I am psyched. Please, oh please let it keep going down. I'm hoping the hormones are finally saying goodbye and that I might actually like, start my period soon or something. That would be nice. I know , it's weird to want to get a period, but you know, I'm starting to get scared here. Been off the shot for 2 1/2 months and still nothing.
Congrats to those who lost and keep it up for next week!!
I am just so happy that the scale is moving, I don't even know what to do with myself. Weighing in at 161 today, and my measurements are 35.75B, 30W, 39H. I'm actually getiing smaller and it rocks!!!
Still no TOM, but whatever. It'll come eventually, and as long as I'm losing, I don't even care.

I started running, gained 2 pounds, but when I stepped on the scale this morning I was back to:

I'm okay with this because I can tell that my legs are gaining muscle, so I've probably lost some fat.
My waist keeps getting smaller but nothing else seems to be following! I guess I'm not complaining, I like having curves and I'll probably never lose that much off my bust, but jeez!
Down to 174.5, thats 1.5 lbs this week!!!! I did take some measurements the other day and I lost 2 inches in my waist. Still can't tell much of a difference in my clothes yet-but I'm sure it will come.

lexi, I am so the opposite! My boobs keep shrinking but my waist hardly does at all!! Ugh. Annoying. Funny how we're all different like that...
Forgot to post last friday ... but with another week of very hard work the scale went down another 0.5 lbs to 161 :) TOM is approaching, hoping i don't gain this week...

Yes, I am happy today because I am posting another loss! Down to 160.5 this morning! Is the curse broken? I think it just may be. I didn't measure today. I'll save that for next week since I did it last Friday. I am pumped!! I do have an out of town wedding this weekend, so I will probably take a cheat day on Saturday, but hopefully, at this rate, I'll be in the 150s for Halloween!! That would be awesome. And if I actually got to the 140s by Thanksgiving, that would be even better. That's a lofty goal for me, but you never know....

Hey I havent posted in a while lol..... but Im glad to say Im in the 150's finally 159.6 today.. (hey its still in the 150's lol)
Thats from 175.2 from July 22. Twenty more to go and I would be ever so happy.
Going for my breast reduction in just over a week (November 4th!!) Exciting but scary....hopefully I will lose a few more pounds from that! lol

I didn't get a chance to post last Friday but I am at 174.5 still the same. I am good with this as I just took the last 10 days off. I did not work out, I ate like crap and drank beer. Back on track as of today!!!!
Seems like we keep losing people. Maybe that is a good sign-everyone met there goals!!??

Had a huge ridiculously fun wedding this weekend where I drank waaaaaaay too much and ate crap. Haven't even been home to weigh yet, but I doubt I'll be posting a change this Friday. But I will try...
Hey one week before my breast reduction surgery!
157.2 today!
Yesterday I stepped on the scale and it said 161.4! I stepped on it again about 5 minutes later and it said 163 haha. Honestly I have no idea where I'm at this week. Dang TOM. I feel good though :)
This week 173.5 not bad considering what we ate last night and TOM. I actuall saw 170 on the scale this week but it was not my weigh in date so it didn't count but I saw it!! It's coming-then the 160's YEA!!!!

All right ladies! I have my surgery in 2 DAYS!! Im sitting in at about 159. Im happy with that! I will be out of commision for a while so I HOPE I dont put any of the weight back on while Im in recovery.....
Halloween was very fun, and I wore a Mile High Captain outfit.....it was very out of my element, but I feel with the inches and pounds Ive lost it gave me the encouragement and condidence to wear it! AND I didnt drink a SINGLE drop of alcohol last night either (simply because I have surgery in 2 days and was told I wasnt allowed lol) but still...I had a great time and got lots of compliments.
I hope everyone else is doing great with all their achievements and goals.

Tinka! The time has come! Good luck with everything. And you know, even if you do put on a couple of pounds (which is completely normal when you're laid up like that), you know that all you have to do is start kickin ass in the gym again, just like you have been doing. I'm excited for you that you are finally getting this done, because I know it has been hard for you.
And I must apologize for not checking in with my ladies last Friday. I do not have a change in weight to post, as 2 of my best friends were in town for Halloween. And although I did manage to stay away from the Halloween candy, I threw a huge party on Saturday, so my workouts were put off and I consumed muchas cervezas. Plus (wince) I just started seeing a chef who brought me a cute little bouquet of cheesecake lollipops. Man, they were good. Hopefully this won't interfere with my goals too much. I guess I'm just going to have to start working out A LOT more. Good luck this week, ladies! And Tinka, I know you'll be recovering, but you must let us know how you are doing!

174.5 up 1lb. I pretty much new this was coming. I have totally sucked these last couple of weeks. Sorry I am late posting-was really busy Friday. This week is going to be better.
