How much did you weigh last year at this time and what do you weigh now?

Quote  |  Reply
It's always interesting to look back over the year and see where you were and where you are now. My stats:

January 2007: 310-320 lbs
January 2008:
253 lbs

I started dieting (counting calories) last June (2007) and have lost 65 lbs since in about 6-7 months.

How much did you weigh last year at this time and what do you weigh now?
Cool thread!!

I dont know what I weighed prior to June but so interesting to read everyones accomplishments.  Actually when I think of the weight Ive gained yearly for so long, it certainly reminds me all losses count!  Great achievements everybody :D

This sucks...am I the only one who has gained weight!?!?!?!

Jan 2007 -  360 lbs+

but now i'm 169!!!  i still have a long way to go, but that's a loss of 49 pounds since 9/4  :D

i owe it ALL to this site, too!!!  i am soooo happy that i found this place!!!

Good Luck Everyone!!!  even those of you who NEED to gain!!!

Jan 08 - 145 lbs

-Started in Sept 07

Jan 07 - 371lbs

Jan 08 - 262lbs

This year I hope to go under 200lbs  -- I will, I will!!!!

I weighed about 130+ lbs then and 102-105 lbs now.

What a great thread - it shows us where we've been and how far we've come.

Jan 07 - 237

Jan 08 - 209

Not much but I wasn't working at it all that hard. Now, as for next January, watch out!

Side note to Court335, you are definitely not the only one to gain but since this thread was posted in the Weight Loss forum I think we can expect to see many more losers than gainers. Smile However, post it in the H&S forum and it would probably tell a different story.

In any case, you are recovering from an ED so your gain is as much to be proud of (if not more!!) than any weight loss. Well done, feel very proud of yourself that you are on your way to great health.

{{{hugs}}}

January 2007 207 lbs.

January 2008 195 lbs.

I've started my weight loss journey again last month and so far I've lost 7 pounds. I'm waiting for the plateau to hit, but once it does I'm ok...I've got a plan in preparation for it.

Congrats to all you losers from 2007-2008! I pray that 2008 will make us all big losers. :P
January 2007: 180 lbs
January 2008:
166 lbs

fat content = 32% last year - unknown now.

last year, i stopped bringing bad carbs into my home and started doing daily activities with more oomph, stretch and was generally more mindful of muscle groups. i also started being more diligent with portion control.

this year i am begining weight training at home (stopped going to the gym in august) and will be working on eating more than 3-4 meals a day.

Jan 2007 about 165-170lbs got up to about 180lbs over the summer decided I needed to get control of the situation in August
