January 2007: 310-320 lbs
January 2008: 253 lbs
I started dieting (counting calories) last June (2007) and have lost 65 lbs since in about 6-7 months.

The first new years resolution I ever kept...and by far the most important!

I started my new way to eat and lost 40lbs in 5 months the rest has come off slowly the rest of the way.

Jan 07- 105, very muscly
Jan 08- 110, still stronger than some but not so muscly
I gained 5 lbs, and I haven't grown an inch. bluck.

I started working out and dieting for real, March 16th 2007. I only remember the date because it was when spring break started at my school.
December 2007 - 53 kg

Beginning of Feb 2007-128.0 (took my "diet" too far and looked SCARY)
May 2007- 150.0 (after binging out of deprivation from my "diet")
July 2007-November- 139- 145 (I finally started eating right and somewhat maintaining in a rnage)
And now in Jan 2008 147.5
hopefully 2008 will be LESS eventful for my weight fluctation than 2007....

I weighed either the same or a little less. My big weight gain started shortly after new year. I gained 30 lbs sometime between Christmas and April.
I wasn't using a scale b/c I was in temporary housing for my husband's job and I don't know when the pounds came on. But I know why: Starbucks, Burger King, Cici's, Chinese Food, more Starbucks . I was drinking Starbucks twice a day sometimes. So, the weight came on quickly. I went to the doctor and found out I had gained 30 lbs. What a shock! No wonder my clothes were getting tight.
I thought the boob fairy had come too, but nope, I was getting fat.
So, I really began losing weight in May and I am down to 153 presently. I bet that is where I was this time last year or maybe less. But now I know what I should and shouldn't do and it won't be coming on again like that.
Jan 2008 - 154
I started counting calories last March. I've reached my goal weight and for the first time in my life have a healthy, normal BMI. Life is good! See my journal for before and after pics.
Basically, between then i've gone down to 50, then up to 56, and up and down and up and down. and it sucks.
I don't remember exactly what I was a year ago because I wasn't logging (hadn't found CC yet), but I think this is pretty close:
January 2007 -220
January 2008 - 152
I started my weight loss journey September 2006 at 278.
January 2007: 215 -220lbs? (guess) Lost some (sloppily due to ignorance).
Found CC Plus in October 2007
January 2008: 168 lbs
January 2007: The low 130's
January 2008: 107 lbs
I got sick and lost 13 lbs that way but I lost the last 12 lbs on my own and the last two with CC Plus
Jan 2007: 160 (and wondering why my pants didn't fit!)
Jan 2008: 135 (and 8 new pairs of pants)
Last year about 306
This year currently 241
