Ok. So here is the new place to post weigh-in threads. :)
Hiya, sorry to have been a stranger recently.
Can't believe how much our group has grown! I feel so proud lol.
Am glad this week as I haven't gained but I haven't lost either... 168lbs.
Do I need to provide my stats by the way?
Also what would you all recommend exercise wise?

Busy weekend! Spent 2 days at my daughter's house for my grandson's birthday. Not at home on Saturday so weighed on Sunday. I was pleased that I lost .5 lb despite the party.

Thanks Denna, I have been at 150 for like 2 months. I don't think it will have a jump start effect this time. Usually I have one after about 2 weeks, not 2 months. It's my habits that have caused the maintenance so I need to eat less and exercise more. :)
