weigh in thread to start today! until nov 10th 2008 OPEN COME JOIN US!
i wanted to start my own weigh in thread since most groups are closed. im going to hold this thread for three months that should give us some time to lose the weight. i am 19 years old with a daughter and i weigh 180 im 5'10" and i used to weigh 130. i want to get to atleast 140 so thats 40lbs. im hoping i can lose it by nov. my birthday! what do you guys say? wanna join and lose the weight together? just post your stats and we will take it from there.
weigh ins will be on every fri. if thats ok with everyone. that way you can weigh in before the weekend.

I'm glad to see more are joining. i will not be closing this thread seeing as how as long as you come in before nov. you'll be able to lose some kind of weight. its great we have so many people so far we have 27! thats awesome and best of luck!

Aug 10-- 166.8 lbs
SW-- 186- at the end of April when I started CC- was probably closer to 200 over the winter, but didnt have a scale then.
GW-- for November 7, I'll shoot for 147... ultimately, my goal is about 123, and havent set a date for that.. we'll see-- not so concerned about actual #, just want to be healthy and fit-- lots more muscle and lots less flab!

Hi all. This sounds great. Count me in, hope Im not too late. Im 5'6 want to loose 15lbs (7kgs) - 3 months sounds like the perfect amount of time. Im a Kiwi, from New Zealand and it is just in time for summer. Im sure Aussie annabomb would agree would feel great to loose a bit of beef for summer.

aug15====140lbs (63.5kg) - Morning all it is 8am in New zealand and I am down 4 pounds yay!.. hope thats not all water weight. But, I will weigh myself same time again next friday to see.
aug22====142lbs - BUGGER! Had a bit of a not so disciplined wk starting from last wkend. Was feelin the guilts but, Im over it now and will get back on track. The goal is still in sight.
Hope to get down 2lbs by next weigh in.
aug29===139lbs - YESSSSS!! Under the 140 mark. Have been very strict this week and Im glad feels great to get on the scale and see it under what you expect after the last 2 wks.
sept 5===?? 3rd day of sunny Gold coast. Too scared to look at the scale, let alone jump on it.
sept 12===145 - arse!!
well I guess I got a little carried away while on holiday - 0 exercise + 0 diet + too much goodies = + weight. Oh well, got to start from the beginning again.

This is going to be hard! It looks as though I haven't lost anything this week, but in between weigh-ins, I've been up to as high as 200.5. I hope this means I'm on the down path again. . But my trendline is down to 197.25, which is the lowest it's ever been. Wish me luck over the weekend. If I stay on target, it'll be my 3rd weekend in a row that was successful!

Hi Kaleigh - don't beat yourself up about it, hey atleast you didn't go up, so that's good too. I try to have atleast 500 to 1000 deficit between total burn and intake - this should equate to about a pound to 2 pounds off per wk. slow and safe. Also, try weighing yourself after wees and other stuff and in the nude if you want to get a better weight gage.

Aug 10 - 165 (even though I lied, I was 166 ;P)

Lost .5, but I weighed at 6:30 after dinner, so I assume it's less than that, but I'll just have to get the real number another day :)
My goal is 163 by next week!
