weigh in thread to start today! until nov 10th 2008 OPEN COME JOIN US!
i wanted to start my own weigh in thread since most groups are closed. im going to hold this thread for three months that should give us some time to lose the weight. i am 19 years old with a daughter and i weigh 180 im 5'10" and i used to weigh 130. i want to get to atleast 140 so thats 40lbs. im hoping i can lose it by nov. my birthday! what do you guys say? wanna join and lose the weight together? just post your stats and we will take it from there.
weigh ins will be on every fri. if thats ok with everyone. that way you can weigh in before the weekend.

I'm glad to see more are joining. i will not be closing this thread seeing as how as long as you come in before nov. you'll be able to lose some kind of weight. its great we have so many people so far we have 27! thats awesome and best of luck!

Everyone did so darn well this week!! I looked over all the numbers and none of us went up and that is allllways a plus!

im glad everyone is doing so good. i just wanted to say that i got a job at a retirement center where i look over a 94 year old woman. she doesnt eat much and has set times when she does. i work with her from 2pm till10 pm so i have no time to snack! yay for old people. who are simple...hehe

Didn't realize we switched to Fridays....So I'm at 204.8.....stayin strong...I thought today was weigh in, and I even did good with completely splurging over the weekend!
Hey! So I'm 22, 5'9" 190 lbs. I'm hoping to get down to 150 by May 30.
Can't wait to weigh in on the 22nd, I've been working really hard to not snack too much, which I always do when I'm bored, and to get in a least 20 minutes exercise in.

I know its a couple of weeks past the start of your challenge, but I would like to join. I am 56 (soon to be 57), I am 5'7", my CW: 174, ad my GW: 160. When I get down to 160, then I will make my GW 150. I'm excited about this challenge and hope it will help me get motivated.

I've been fluctuating all week but finally I'm able to record a loss. It's so hard to be hovering in the mid 190s when I'm really shooting for the 180s. C'mon 189!

This was a hard week and my weight keep going between 178 and 179. Today though it dropped. YEAH!

I feel kind of sad. This month I have not been able to lose as much as I was losing b4. I really want to reach my goal. Oh and I also had a bad week. My leg was hurting and my stomach was pulsing a lot. Those two things interfered a little with my exercise routine.
Ugg! I was down to 150 earlier this week, but had a girls night with some friends and training for work so I ate more and exercised less the second half of the week... Weight as of today could be from excess water retention... (fingers crossed?!?!?!)
