When to weigh-in on TTOM?
This my first time of the month since I have started CC.
Yep, two pounds graced my scaled with their presence. I do weekly weigh-ins, so when can I weigh myself again with the accurate readings?
Do I have to wait until my period is completely over? Mid way? A week later?
Thanks!
I wouldn't bother weighing in until all is said and done. It can be discouraging on a regular day, and you probably don't want the added frustration of Mother Nature.
Ugh - good question. Personally, I know I'm going to keep doing it everyday - if nothing else but for a kick in the ass to keep at it, ya know?
i still weigh every saturday regardless. i do know that my weight will be higher, but i also know that when it is over i will be that much lighter. it also gives me a reference on how much weight i gain during my periods. i just dont let it bother me because i know i am doing the right thing regardless what the scale says.
I also weigh in every Friday morning after morning wee wee, before breakfast and with no clothes (whoo hoo!!!) I weigh even on the week of my period, but I don't beat myself up - Knowing that always adds a pound or two.
Not my type of topic but I found it comical the way my thought path was going. Was curious to find out what the heck kind of a diet the TTOM was.![]()
A little slow but I figured it out and the only advice I can give is that the weight log gives you a weight and a trend. The trend will keep the averages going and it will not matter overtime.
