I plateaued, but that's better than I expected, I've been pretty bad this week. Well, I did make a loss in ounces (was .8, now .5) but I never really count those. It is also possible that I gained muscle and lost fat, for the past two weeks my activity level has shot up through the roof.

 

Anyway, how'd you guys do this week?

I was losing good and then this morning, BAM three pounds on.  I'll weigh tomorrow and hope for the best.  It's a water thing I am sure.  My heart has been acting up and I've had to take extra potassium for that.

You are only 3 lbs from 250.  How cool is that?!!!

Viraloracle I hate those plateaus! I'm sure you are gaining muscle.

Texmom 3lbs sure sounds like water weight to me. The potassium should help.

I missed the last 2 days of cicycling this week as it has been so windy. Today is calm. So I'm going to get out there today.

I had an inexplicably good week, so I'm surprised / very pleased:

SW: 320+ 

LW: 245.8

CW: 240.6

Mini goal: 230 by Halloween

Ultra goal: 160

I had a four-day (Thursday to Sunday) non-counting, non-healthy weekend last weekend then made up for it all last week by keeping my calories lower than usual - not by extremes though; my calorie average M-F was 1750 instead of 1850. I guess that really did the trick though, because I usually don't lose more than 1-4 lb even on good weeks. So 5 lb is awesome; a little confusing but I won't complain!

1st goal is 300 by 11-1, then 280 by 1-7-10

I had a few lunches out this week for work and then chinese this weekend.  I shared in all of them but I kept myself in check.  I think there was a lot of salt involved so that might be the culprit but either way it was a loss.

Back on track this week.

ARRGH  Weight up 0.8.  Rats.  I was down as far as 237.8  this week.   I'll just have to keep doing what I am doing and know in my heart it WILL go down.

It is probably not the calories, but the type of food I'm eating.  My carbs are up.

mini goal 30lbs by Christmas ( 22 to go)

I reached my first mini goal which was 10% so I'm very happy about that. I have to step it up everyone week to reach my Christmas goal though.

@texmom: Man I know that must feel pretty bad! But yeah it is probably water weight. Be careful with the potassium, I've heard that that stuff can be dangerous. I am sure you know what you're doing though! And yes, 3 lbs away from 250.. I can't wait to get there!

 

@genowg: I do hate plateaus.. but just gotta keep pushing forward! And you are BELOW 190!!! CONGRATS!!
