Weigh In Week - 10/04/09

I plateaued, but that's better than I expected, I've been pretty bad this week. Well, I did make a loss in ounces (was .8, now .5) but I never really count those. It is also possible that I gained muscle and lost fat, for the past two weeks my activity level has shot up through the roof.
Anyway, how'd you guys do this week?
Viraloracle. It's precribed. I'm not going over the recommended max. Just more than I usually take. I take a diuretic that robs me of potassium, so I take a daily supplement, every now and then my potassium gets on the low side. I can tell either by leg cramps or irregular heart or both.
But either way, it does skew my electrolytes for several days afterward.

Yeah, you are late. It's almost time for next weeks weigh in, but we'll forgive you. This time! LOL
I wish today was weigh in day. I am at my lowest low. 38.8 pounds off. I kinda wonder what the next two days will bring. I am hoping even lower. My mini goal is the 40 lb mark. I am almost there. I think I'll order my reward (a very fancy paint by the number set I chose instead of the Finding Nemo DVD) so it'll be here when I reach my goal.
Ah well. what will be will be.

! 40 pounds that is awesome! I remember when I hit the 40 pounds lost mark and that is when people starting saying, "hey you look different." Keep up the good work! Even though I no longer have 100 pounds to lose, I am going to keep checking back in here with you guys for the positive vibes and to welcome and encourage others. I remember just thinking to myself,"You have to lose 160 pounds" and I just felt overwhelmed and defeated before I even started! And here I am 118 pounds lighter later. It can so happen for all of us!

wtg everyone as I look back I see we all have alot to be thankfull for, and just wanted to say again what a gr8 group this is and I dont care if I just have 75lbs to go this will always be my group :)

I fell off track because I kept getting on the scale to my surprise i gained 4 pounds so I stopped looking at the scale cut my calories down a bit more this week and got back to 283 so I'm happy I'm going to folow through and keep counting every one at my job be like why you counting calories and you always talking health so that made me get off track but I'm not bout to let people get me down.

Okay a .4 loss...if you count those. I have failed to log all my food since I started my new job. I've got to give myself more time in the morning and at least log my breakfast and my lunch and not to deter from what I bring into work. Also my exercises have kind of fallen by the way side. I am at least walking 30 minutes a day with a few "skip" days (because of rain). I'm having sugar cravings but when I get my "sweet tooth", I try to stick to WW desserts or low calorie, but have eaten a few of hubby's cookies or "Dibs" ice cream... A BIG FAT NO NO....LOL!!! I had a weakness for a moment, but truth be said it was only for one night.
I've posted a new picture of myself with my new haircut and color. It was gift to myself for my 19 pounds "almost 20 lb" weight loss. What do you all think?
