I was hoping for 249 this week but I guess that will be for next week. At least I worked off the weight I gained.

You made your 2 pounds again this week!!! What you are doing must be working!!! I may change my weigh day to Sunday, I have more time to put all my lovely details in (not like when I'm at work having to try and fit CC into my schedule). So I'll start today. It helps that I have had a good weight loss week.

well here we go again I hate that my weight moves up and down so much I weighed myself in the middle of the week I was so freaking happy I broke through 280 then I weigh myself today goshh oh well I will not give up I had 2 cheats day i had some sweets and it gave me sour stomach because I've been eating so good I wont do that again.

Almost three pounds! Yay! That brings my total lost up to 47 pounds...I still can't believe it sometimes! That's more than those big jugs of water weigh, and I used to lug that extra weight around everywhere I went. No wonder I have so much more energy now :) I've got a ton to go, but so far so good.

No worries lluva, one thing I learned is temporary setbacks are just that ... temporary... and 2 lbs in a week, good stuff!

I want my goal next week and now that I am back to working out and the ankle brace is on, I seem to be doing well. Got my treadmill up and running and I am feeling good. On a side note, my period hit me late friday so that may or may not have had an affect...along with some vicodin for the pain after chipping my ankle.

You still lost 2 pounds and that's nothing to sneeze at.
I tend to lose like that. I'll lose 6 pounds this week then for 2 weeks I'll lose nothing. I don't know why. I've been keeping my calories around 1100.
I sure would like to do this again next week!!

I am soooo excited, first week on CC and my scale is finally starting to budge. After I weighed in this morning I moved from a strong hatred of the scale to just dislike. Here goes

Me too, I have gone sideways for 2 weeks only to lose 8 pounds in one week. I think the 8 pounds was really all 3 weeks combined, just took a while to show up on the scale =)

I have to think that way too, or I'll get so discouraged during the "not losing" week.

LW is last week's weight not lowest weight. Or did you put on 8 pounds in one week? Not that it matters. As you say it's water weight. Don't take the water pills, unless they are prescribed for you. They can really screw up your electrolytes.
So, be patient. Drink plenty of water and keep on eating like you know you should. It'll come off.
yea thanks every ones so nice here you are all responsible for helping with my weight loss but yea so i'm cutting my calories to 1500 this week and I'm gonna do 30 min cardio for 5 days lets see what happens next sunday
