Weigh In Week - 10/25/09

Mini Goal: 30lbs. by Christmas, 8lbs. left to go!
I was hoping for 249 this week but I guess that will be for next week. At least I worked off the weight I gained.
The 233 stuck! I weighed myself this evening and it was even less - 233.2. I am amazed at 6 lb lost in a week. I haven't lost that fast EVER, and for it to be happening when I've lost about 100 lb and my body seems to be trying to hold onto weight, is amazing.
SS Gang I will ill yesterday didnt make it on to weigh in. Should have done it sat am lol was 205 then back to last weeks 208 today not sure why. But it is my 1st no loss in 6 mos so I am ok with it.

My body seems to like to lose weight this way. Nothing shows for a couple of weeks, then boom, 6 or 7 pounds in a week and repeat. I'll take that, but it would be nice to see a steady weight loss instead of this zig zag pattern.

You held your own. When you are sick sometimes, your body will try to slow down your metabolism and conserve energy. You're doing fine.

Mini - Goal 250 by my B-day trip to Vegas (12/17)
I am happy with this. Last week I had gained 6 lbs. due to a massive binge over a weekend and this week I have lost back 4 of those lbs. I just wrapped up week 6 and I am down a total of 7 lbs. Which is a little over a pound a week. I am a little disappointed because it would have been much higher if I wouldn't have had that bad week, but it happens. I am still happy to be 7 lbs. lighter. I am hoping for another 4 lb. week next week. I upgraded to doing some sprints during my treadmill routine. Hopefully the extra burn will give me a boost.

You had a great week. I understand. I had a binge weekend and put on 7 pounds. It took me 2 weeks to take them back off and I fretted...what would I have lost if I'd not splurged? ![]()
But, as you say, the past is past...you're doing great.
Thanks Tex! I can't help but wonder that too...but I guess I had to learn my lesson. No more 3-4 day binges for me...lol
I haven't been brave enough to throw these big numbers out there, but here goes!

Ahh - that wasn't too hard.
I know it's not yet Sunday, but I weighed and I saw 249 for the first time today! I am happy to finally get under 250!
SW=266.6
CW=246.2
GW=158
Mini goal of 230 by christmas... Only 16.2 to go!
Goal after that is 195 by June 6, 2010.. My 1 year wedding anniversary and we are planning at this point in time to go to Hawaii....
