When do you weigh yourself?
First thing in the morning. Pee/whatever, then step on the scale. Once a day is more than enough for me. Try to do it at around the same time everyday.
Right before breakfast, without clothes or anything in my tummy.

right when i've woken up, after showering (residual dirt and sweat add mili-ounces), after drying my hair (after all, why add water weight), and shaving (der), peed, and brushed my teeth (plaque counts too!), and before I've dressed. If I don't like the number, I shave my head and try again...
lol, just kidding. Usually in the morning before breakfast :)
Same day of the week, once a week in the morning after a hot mug of "fiber" and a movement.

As you hopefully know from me and posts I am not concerned about where my weight is heading and this is a marathon not a sprint, but I do love to see numbers.... How can your body hold 5lbs of waste is one question I have wondered!!!! EUGH!!! ;)
I weigh myself the moment I get to work (typically about 7am). I do this four times per week (on the days I work!). I also subtract one pound to account for the latte I drank on the way in and the clothes I'm wearing ![]()
I weigh myself in the morning and have weighed myself again before I go to bed.....however, I have always put on about 5lb throughout the day but have then lost it again by the next morning. I find it really disheartening...does anyone else find this??
whenever i walk by the scale and dont have pants on, which is numerous times a day, but i only count the one first thing in the morning after i pee. and yes victoria my weight changes about 3-5 pounds any given day.
At the end of the day before I exercise.
Weigh myself before my workout at Curves on Tuesdays at 5pm before supper.
doesnt really matter when you do it, as long as you do it at the same time.
i weigh myself once a week.
just know that doing multiple daily weigh-ins is not accurate at all. nor is it particularly healthy to be thinking about your weight that often. just my 2 cents.

I usually weigh myself every Wednesdays and Sundays in the morning before eating or drinking anything.

Don't worry about it. There's about a 5lb window in which your weight fluctuates. It's normal.
Daily, after peeing, before breakfast.
Last day of the month, first thing in the morning. The whole weigh-in thing is anathema to me but I know it gives me a valid comparison so I endure it.![]()

I weigh myself in the morning after going to the bathroom but before doing anything else and also without my clothes (I learned during my pregnancies that what you wear can make a big difference in your weight) and right now I tend to do it daily but will probably start more like weekly soon.
I weight myself first thing in the morning and then again before bed. My husband calls me a scale slave. I do notice and can almost guess what i will wake up and weight in the morning.
